There is a repairman working by the tow truck. He can be either overlooked, thumped out or slaughtered. The player must take the truck to the FIB stockroom to finish the mission.
For the seaward way to deal with the Merryweather Heist Trevor, Michael and Franklin require a cargobob to convey the submarine.
To take the cargobob as Trevor you have to get into the Fort Zancudo airbase. As Trevor flies the cargobob out of the base you will be sought after by another helicopter. Trevor must lose the chopper and area close to Trevor's trailer in the desert to complete the mission.
