The pilot flies the chopper to the FIB parcel it Los Santos where Franklin is holding up.

Playing as Franklin the mission will start in the FIB parcel where Franklin is Waiting for Trevor.

The police chopper has a scanner on board that can read the personality and criminal record of people from transmitters in their drivers permit. As Trevor in the helicopter the player must utilize the camera to find Chad Mulligan who is the proprietor of a Z-Type vehicles. Franklin advises Trevor to make a beeline for Hawick.

The scanner grabs four focuses on that Trevor needs to sweep to discover Mulligan yet neither of the four are him.
