Steve Haines, the degenerate FBI operators summons Michael, Trevor and Franklin. Haines strengths Michael and his group into performing a kidnapping for him against the IAA with a specific end goal to increase further subsidizing for the FIB. At first Michael declines until the weight is put on with Dave's influence, compelling him to carry out the occupation.
Trevor is tasked with flying the chopper as he has past experience as a pilot. Franklin will be the expert marksman and give michael reinforcement and Michael will do the grimy work and will be the one hijacking Mr Kerimov.
Later at the IAA HQ Franklin is roosted on the top of a building over the road to cover Michael. Trevor drifts overhead in the chopper. Michael slides down the building and in through one of the windows to remove the Mr K. The objective is inside being tormented by IAA specialists. Michael directs a weapon toward his head, the specialists then point their firearms at Michael. Franklin shoots and murders a portion of the operators who are guarding Mr K. Trevor pulls them from the building,
Michael and Franklin execute the remaining specialists. A few IAA helicopters touch base as Michael rises with Mr K to the helicopter. Michael and Franklin murder the pilots of alternate helicopters. Trevor takes off and heads to a void part where Mr K is given over to the FIB.
